Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be automatically charged, with the exception of emergencies.

No shows will be automatically charged for 100% of scheduled services as well.

If you are continuously missing your scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to refuse service to you.
